We all lack motivation and focus sometimes. Many of us believe we must improve our mindset or we're lazy, but these emotional states have deeper meanings behind them. We'll discuss the WHY behind these tactics and how we can begin to navigate and shift into productivity, excitement, and flow more easily.
Lindsay Amico is a certified Mindset Coach, Career Coach and motivational speaker in Buffalo NY. Her business, Picture Perfect Mind LLC, focuses specifically on helping people to feel better on a day-to-day basis with mindfulness, thought management, and neuroscience.
