This hands-on session is designed to help professionals better understand how artificial intelligence can be applied to real-world challenges, improve workflows, increase efficiency, and create new opportunities across their organizations.

We will be joined by Frank Ciminelli II, President & CEO of Advancing Revolutionary Construction, for a discussion on how his team is using AI and emerging technology to break down traditional silos that can create inefficiencies, adversarial processes, and increased costs.

With extensive experience delivering complex, multi-phased building projects, the ARC team understands the challenges involved in moving projects from concept to completion. Frank will share how the deployment of cutting-edge technology is helping his team rethink traditional processes and identify more efficient ways to work.

This is a hands-on session. To get the most out of the workshop, attendees are encouraged to come prepared with the following:

• Access to Your AI Tools

1. Your AI tool

This workshop is hands on, so you’ll be learning and applying all at once. Come prepared with access to an AI tool that's approved for use at your organization. We typically work with Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, but any tool will be fine. If you don't have one approved yet, check internally or pick one before we meet.

If you run into access issues, we can help troubleshoot them during the workshop. Whether you are completely new to AI or already an experienced user, the session is designed to meet you where you are.

Please remember: Do not enter confidential, sensitive, proprietary, or organization-restricted information into any AI tool during the session.

2. Bring a “Friction Point”

Think of one process or task in your day-to-day work that slows you down—something repetitive, tedious, time-consuming, or simply frustrating.

During the workshop, we’ll explore how AI can help organize, automate, simplify, or streamline that work. One example is all you need.
